- All Trew Solutions consultants are Pastel Certified, in order to assist you with onsite or offsite support.
- Senior Consultants lead all new projects, from requirements analysis and solution design to implementation, “Go Live” and hand holding.
- Junior Consultants assist in new implementations, with onsite or remote support, ad-hoc support issues as well as hand holding support for the first few days after a new implementation.
- Helpdesk support consultant assists with telephonic and remote support
