• Senior Consultants lead all new projects, from requirements analysis and solution design to implementation, “Go Live” and hand holding.
• Junior Consultants assist in new implementations, with onsite or remote support, ad-hoc support issues as well as hand holding support for the first few days after a new implementation.
• Helpdesk support consultant assists with telephonic and remote support
