  1. To ensure all medium to large scale implementations run smoothly, on time and on budget, these projects are run under the guidance of a project manager.
  2. Project management includes the following:
    1. Regular scheduled project meetings, with minutes distributed to ensure all members of the project team are aware of their assigned tasks and deadlines
    2. Project budget plan kept up to date with actual billings against budgets
    3. Scheduling of team members and tasks as per the project implementation plan.
    4. Managing client expectations and change requests
    5. Regular feedback to client and project team on progress and issues.
