Project Management
- To ensure all medium to large scale implementations run smoothly, on time and on budget, these projects are run under the guidance of a project manager.
- Project management includes the following:
- Regular scheduled project meetings, with minutes distributed to ensure all members of the project team are aware of their assigned tasks and deadlines
- Project budget plan kept up to date with actual billings against budgets
- Scheduling of team members and tasks as per the project implementation plan.
- Managing client expectations and change requests
- Regular feedback to client and project team on progress and issues.
