Use bar coded asset tracking to audit the location of your company's assets.

If you have a large number of assets, distributed in various locations, carrying out audits of the assets and their locations can be a time consuming exercise. This time can be reduced considerably through the use of barcode labelling and a hand held barcode scanner.

Pastel Evolution Fixed Assets allows you to allocate locations to each asset. The asset tracking functionality allows you to carry out an audit of all assets in a location and compare this to the current data in the Fixed Assets module. Variance reports display differences between physical assets and their locations and the information captured in the system.

Using a handheld barcode scanner, all assets in one or more locations are scanned into the memory of the device. This information is then imported into Pastel Evolution Fixed Assets and compared to the system information. After verification, the system information can be updated with the new physical asset locations.

The Trew Solutions Fixed Asset Audit Module runs on any Windows CE compliant handheld barcode scanning device and integrates fully with Pastel Evolution Fixed Assets.
