Trew Solutions Conquers New Zealand
With 20 years' experience
in Pastel Software development for a diverse range of South African,
African and a number of overseas clientele, Trew Solutions has used
this know-how to expand its reach as far afield as New Zealand.
Twenty
years ago, Tracy Semper, who was then part of the development team for
Pastel Premier, now known as Pastel Evolution went on her own as a
Pastel business partner and Trew Solutions was borne. Later on Tracy's
sister, Jenny, joined her and helped to grow Trew Solutions into an
award-winning company with global recognition for its work throughout
Africa and in the UK.
It was with this same vision and
determination that Jenny and husband Donald emigrated to Glenville, New
Zealand, adapting the Trew Solutions winning formula for the New
Zealand market.
"Adapting to a new country has been an
experience, but accountants and business owners the world over are the
same; they all want excellent performance out of their software," says
Donald Gibbs about the journey to their launch earlier this year.
Trew
Solutions New Zealand provides professional sales and support for
clients using Sage Pastel and Maximizer CRM software. Through a
strategic partnership with its sister company in South Africa, Trew is
able to do bespoke development work for its clients, who benefit from
many years of experience, at a very reasonable price.
Using
these accounting software packages enables the company to work with a
diverse range of clients, from the solo start-up through to larger
organisations with 200 users.
"We have recently been
approached by two local companies asking us to integrate our software
with a system they developed for the warehousing industry," Gibbs
explains. "It’s really exciting to see how they approached a
warehousing problem and used sheer Kiwi brilliance to create a solution
that is going to be revolutionary."
